1.1. This website (the ‘Website’) is managed by CENTRIS EVENTS S.L. (‘Centris Events’ or ‘we’), a company legally incorporated under Spanish law, with registered office at Plaza del Angel 2, 2º, 08002 Barcelona, tax identification number B66848896 and registered in the Barcelona Trade Register under Volume 45599, Folio 46, Page B 493190 and Inscription 1.

  1. Acceptance and integrity

2.1. Access to and use of the Web Page, as well as its information, services and contents are subject to the applicable regulations and to the provisions established in this Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Conditions of Sale, and any other policies and/or legal texts of the Web Page (the ‘Legal Texts’).

2.2. This Legal Notice regulates the general conditions of use of the Website. Please note that, where applicable, the sale and purchase of our products and/or services are set out in the corresponding Conditions of Sale.

2.3. The users of this website (‘User/s’) acknowledge and accept that they have read and understood the Legal Texts. By using the Website, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by them to the extent that they are applicable.

2.4. The illegality, invalidity or inapplicability of any of the provisions of the Legal Texts shall not affect the applicability of the remaining provisions. Such provisions shall be replaced or integrated by other provisions which, being in accordance with the law, comply with the purpose of the replaced provisions. The parties waive any claim for damages that may be claimed as a consequence of such a circumstance.

3.1. Centris Events reserves the right to modify the Legal Texts. It is therefore important that Users consult them regularly. Please note that in no case shall the modifications be applied retroactively, except when required by law or when the modifications are in the interest of the Users.

3.2 In the event of any discrepancy between the Legal Texts and any previous version, these Legal Texts shall prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. Use of the Website

4.1. Users undertake to use the Web Page in accordance with the Law, morality, generally accepted good customs, public order and the Legal Texts. In particular, but without limitation, Users undertake not to use the Web Page for purposes that are illicit or contrary to the provisions of the Legal Texts, harmful to our rights and/or interests, as well as those of third parties, or which in any other way may damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate the Web Page or prevent its normal use.

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to disable, temporarily or permanently, Users' access to the Website and its contents in the event that, in our opinion, a User has infringed any provision of the Legal Texts and/or regulations, or there is any reasonable doubt or threat of the foregoing.

4.3. The services of the Web Page do not include the network connection necessary for its operation, and it is up to each User to contract with the operator of their choice. Nor do they include the device necessary for the operation of the Web Page, each User being responsible for acquiring the device of their choice.

5.1. The information and contents of this Website are of a general nature and do not constitute advice of any kind. Centris Events does not undertake any obligation to update or revise its contents when displayed as a repository of information and news.

5.2. Furthermore, the information and contents of this Website do not constitute and shall not be considered as an offer, option, promise or commitment by Centris Events to provide Users with any service or product. If a User is interested in contracting our products or services, please refer to the relevant website and/or location. Such transaction shall be governed by the relevant Terms of Sale.

  1. Exclusion of liability

6.1. In view of the unforeseeable situations that characterize technological environments and the Internet, Centris Events reserves the right to temporarily suspend the services of the Website, whether for technical, security or maintenance reasons.

6.2. The suspension of the services shall not confer any right to compensation or indemnity on the User. However, Centris Events shall use its best efforts to limit, where possible, any suspension or interruption of the services.

6.3. In addition, Centris Events reserves the right to implement and make changes and/or updates to the Website at any time, with or without prior notice, which may affect the accessibility of the Website.

6.4. In this regard, the User accepts that Centris Events shall not be liable, as a result of such actions, for the elimination or failure to make available certain services or functionalities of the Website.

6.5. Centris Events does not represent or warrant that certain results will be obtained from the use of the services of the Website. Accordingly, in no event shall Centris Events, its representatives, officers or employees be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including, without limitation, any lost profits, consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business opportunity or software errors, whether or not foreseeable and whether or not resulting from or in connection, directly or indirectly, with the use of the Website.

6.6. Under no circumstances shall Centris Events be liable for any content, activities, products and/or services that may be accessed by means of electronic links, directly or indirectly, through the Website. The links included or that may be included in the Web Page do not represent any type of relationship between Centris Events and the natural or legal persons who own the web pages that may be accessed by means of said links, nor do they imply any suggestion, invitation or recommendation whatsoever regarding the web page or its contents.

6.7. Centris Events shall not be liable for any loss or damage that the User may suffer as a result of the improper use of the Website or the User's failure to comply with the Legal Texts or instructions provided by Centris Events through any channel of communication.

6.8. Neither shall Centris Events be liable for the use that minors make of the Website nor for the transfer of their personal data without the authorisation of their parents or legal guardians, who shall be responsible for ensuring that the minors in their care make safe use of the Internet. To this end, we recommend the installation of parental control tools for Internet use by minors.

The creation of frames (‘frames’) of the Web Page is prohibited.

  1. Intellectual and industrial property

7.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title and interest in and to the Website, its contents and software applications, including any modifications, updates and new versions, as well as any distinctive signs (whether registered or not), know-how, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights (whether registered or not), domain names, or any other industrial or intellectual property rights inherent in the Website, are the exclusive property of Centris Events or are owned by third parties and used by Centris Events under licence and with the due authorisation of such third party owners.

7.2. In this regard, the User acknowledges and accepts that he/she does not acquire any intellectual or industrial property rights by the mere use of the Website and/or any of its functionalities. Therefore, at no time shall such use be considered as an authorisation or licence to use the contents of the Web Page, including its texts, images and Legal Texts, for purposes other than those contemplated therein.

7.3. As a result of the foregoing, the total or partial reproduction, modification, transformation, copying, duplication, distribution, public communication, making available to the public or any other form of exploitation of the Web Page, its contents (including its Legal Texts), applications, design and form of presentation of its contents, as well as its source/object code and all those elements that make up its structure and appearance (‘look & feel’) is prohibited.

7.4. Likewise, the User acknowledges and accepts that it is prohibited to decompile, reverse engineer or carry out works derived from the software that supports the operation of and access to the Web Page and the services contained therein, except where permitted by law.

7.5. Failure to comply with any of the provisions herein shall entitle Centris Events to take appropriate legal action against the infringer to defend its rights, titles and interests, including the possibility of claiming damages.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

8.1. The interpretation and application of the conditions and policies of the Web Page shall be governed by Spanish Law.

8.2. For the resolution of any discrepancy that may arise in the interpretation and/or execution of the conditions and policies of the Web Page, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

8.3. However, in the event that the applicable regulations for the defence of consumers and users establish the possibility for consumers and/or users to choose the jurisdiction corresponding to their place of residence, they may proceed in accordance with said regulations. This is the case, for example, in Spain and most EU countries.

8.4. Furthermore, and in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on the rules on online consumer dispute resolution, we inform Consumer Users that the European Commission has established an online dispute resolution platform to resolve disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts between a consumer resident in the Union and a company established in the Union.
