How do I handle a return or exchange?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original condition. The customer covers the shipping costs. For exchanges and/or returns, please write to store@brunchelectronik.com. We do not accept exchanges and/or returns of products purchased at physical events.
